Michael M. Stover understands that your case is the most important thing in the world no matter how serious. As a former prosecutor, Michael Stover is familiar with the court process and more importantly how the State builds a case for the prosecution. While as an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Stover tried first degree felonies, complex bank litigation cases, and represented the state in over 1500 hearings. He also has worked with Daytona Defense stalwart David Damore and long-time Jacksonville DUI and defense specialist Lee Lockett at Lockett Law. 

Mr. Stover's courtroom experience and legal expertise will aid you in achieving the best possible resolution of your case as well as give you some peace of mind during the incredibly stressful process of being charged and potentially arrested for a crime. He specializes in criminal law but also has extensive experience handling injunctions from a prosecution perspective as well as the application for an injunction. Mr. Stover has dedicated his practice to the service and preservation of the lives and liberty of the people of the State of Florida.
